ALNC meeting

Art League of Nassau County had its first meeting on Friday…Joe Chierchio gave a lecture on adding a bit of narrative to paintings & drawings.  It was very informative. Coffee & cookies was served afterwards & everyone exchanged summer

Painting & Photographs

Been alternating between painting & taking photographs. I use a lot of my photos for reference. Sometimes I have a particular subject in mind…and sometimes I just click away! This weekend I enjoyed doing both.

I tried my new tablet…love it!  I have some time today so I am using it to do research & planning for the launch of my updated website…(marketing).  I really need to do some drawing today too.

my new drawing tablet finally arrived…after 4 months of waiting.(I never did get any explanation as to why)  Today I spent a little time setting up & downloading the applications that came with it…can’t wait to try it out.

Been so busy…

I was on vacation…saw Mt. Rushmore, Grand Tetons & Yellowstone! I had a great time & took so many photos… After vacation there were lots of family gatherings…all this & we are only half way through the summer…now, on to designing my website & painting.
